💳 What are your payment methods?

  • Credit and Debit Cards: You can complete your shopping securely with your card. 
  • Wire Transfer / EFT: You can transfer funds directly to the account numbers provided during checkout. Your order will be approved as soon as your payment reaches us.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Due to our secure logistics operations and customized preparation processes, we do not offer a cash or card payment option at the door.

🚚 Will I pay an extra fee for delivery?

No, all shipping and delivery processes are on us.

🔔 A Quick Detail: Please make sure to check the packages when they arrive. If you notice any damage or crushing on the outer packaging, simply ask the delivery courier to fill out a "Damage Determination Report" This allows us to send you a replacement right away in case of any mishaps.

⏳ How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We don’t want to keep you waiting too long! Depending on the preparation and logistics stages of our products, our delivery time varies between 1 and 5 business days. We track your order’s journey every step of the way and keep you updated.

🔄 Can I cancel or return my order?

Of course. If you change your mind for any reason or are not fully satisfied with your product, you can easily start the process within the legal return period via the Cancellation & Return Request page on our website.

💰 When will the refund for my returned product be credited to my account?

Once your returned item reaches our headquarters and passes quality control, your refund will be approved. We will transfer your money back to your bank within 7 business days at the latest, without any deductions. Depending on standard banking procedures, it may take 10-15 days for the amount to reflect on your statement.

Absolutely! Whenever you need help setting up your furniture, you can reach out to us at support@onwo.us or via our contact hotline. Our technical team will get back to you within 24 hours to guide you through.

🛡️ What is the warranty period and coverage?

We stand behind our products. In addition to the mandatory 6 month legal warranty, our confidence in our quality allows us to add an extra 6 month on us, offering a total of 1 year of warranty. Plus, even after your warranty expires, we are always here to provide spare parts support for any wear and tear over the years.

📦 How can I track where my shipment is?
